There’s something special about reconnecting with someone in a completely different place and time. Vanessa and I first crossed paths years ago in Vancouver, both working within the wedding industry. Life moved on as it does, yet somehow it brought us back together again in Bali.

We chose Tibumana Waterfall for its simplicity and calm atmosphere. Surrounded by soft jungle light, palm trees, and the quiet rhythm of nature, it offered everything we needed without having to move far. The setting allowed the session to unfold with ease.
There was no pressure, no strict direction, only space for them to settle into the moment. What began quietly soon became warm and genuine, as their connection revealed itself through every step, every glance, every small interaction.
By the time we reached the waterfall, everything felt effortless. Just two people, fully present with each other.
